These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ryzerealtygroup.com and cthomereport.com (together, the "Site"), operated by RYZE Realty Group LLC ("RYZE," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Connecticut (License No. REB.0793831).

By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
• Scrape, copy, or republish MLS data or any other content from this Site without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on this Site
• Use automated tools to access or query the Site at scale without our consent

2. MLS Listing Data

Property listing information displayed on this Site is sourced from SmartMLS and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. All listing data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate. RYZE Realty Group is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes in listing information.

Listing data may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose without the written consent of SmartMLS and RYZE Realty Group.

3. Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Real estate transactions involve complex legal and financial considerations. You should consult a licensed attorney, financial advisor, and/or tax professional before making any real estate decision.

• To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

12. CT Home Report (cthomereport.com)

CT Home Report is a free service of RYZE Realty Group LLC that shows an estimated value and market information for a Connecticut home. By claiming a home, signing in, or using a report you also agree to the following:

• Estimates are not appraisals. Values, ranges, equity figures and charts are automated estimates based on public records and MLS sales data. They are not appraisals, broker price opinions or guarantees, and may differ from the price a home would actually sell for.
• Information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of facts, loan details and adjustments you enter for a home. Corrections you enter affect your own report only.
• Accounts and sign-in links. We email a private sign-in link to the address you give us. Anyone with that link can view and edit the reports on your account, so do not forward it. You can remove a home or stop emails at any time from your dashboard or the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Claiming a home. You confirm you are the owner or are authorized to view reports for the homes you add.
• Contact. If you ask to talk with an agent, a RYZE agent may contact you by phone, email or text at the details you provided.
